What is a Meal Prep?Meal Preps are a great way to save time and money while creating healthier eating habits. Meal Prepping helps you eat consistently so your body has the fuel and energy it needs. Next Step focuses on allowing you to eat healthy and not have to worry about wasting time cooking so you can get back to the more important things.

Why Next Step?Meal prepping can be difficult and time-consuming. We get it. Let us do the dirty work for you and be assured that you'll recieve quality food week in and week out. Our rotating menu allows our customers to constantly recieve a variety of food options so they never get bored of the same meals.

What does each meal come with?Each meal varies in the number of carbs/protein/macros but are guaranteed to be healthy options. Each meal prep has labels to provided detailed description of the serving size.

When do I order my meals?Order your meals Monday - Friday. Midnight on Friday's is the last opportunity to order for the week to guarantee deliver on Sunday's.

What if I need to cancel my order?If you need to cancel your order we ask that you contact us directly before Thursday at 11:59pm for a full refund. Any cancellation made after this time will not be refunded. Unfortunately we have to be really strict about cancelling orders due to the fact that once your order has been placed we then proceed to purchasing and prepping/marinating all meals before they actually get cooked on Sunday. This means that even though you don’t actually receive your meals till Sunday there has already been money and labor invested in your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Do you offer vegan/vegetarian?No we currently do not offer Vegan meals but we are always looking for ways to better service our clients. Sorry for any inconvenience, feel free to contact us with any suggestions you may have.

Do you offer Gluten Free Items?Majority of our meals are gluten free, with exception of pasta dishes, and sauces. please reach out if you have any questions regarding gluten free items.

Can I freeze my meals?Yes! Our meals are made to last approximately 5 days in a refrigerator if you are ordering meals for 6 or 7 days we recommend that you freeze the meals that will be eaten on the 6th and 7th day.

How often do you change your menu?Our main goal is to help you eat healthy without getting sick of eating the same meals. Therefore we will be changing the menu every two weeks to keep you on track.

How long do I microwave my meals for?To ensure the quality of our meals we recommend that you microwave your meals no longer than 2 minutes or until heated all the way through? Added tip would be to sprinkle water on food to prevent from drying out.

What if I have food allergies?We ask that if you have any food allergies (i.e. fish, nuts, dairy, etc.) that you please let us know immediately after your order has been placed.

Where does Next Step deliver?We deliver to the greater part of Buckeye, Avondale, Tolleson Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix,Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler .

When does Next Step deliver?Meals are delivered on Sunday's between 4:30 - 9pm.

Can I pickup my meals?Yes!

What if I’m not available at time of delivery?Delivery is only available on Sunday's between 4:30 and 9pm. Please make sure you coordinate with the person delivering your meal preps to make sure you recieve you meals with no hassle. If you will not be available during the time of deliver please leave an ice chest at the door with ice inside to keep your meals cool.

Does Next Step have a sponsorship program?Currently Next Step does not offer a sponsorship program for athletes. We are open to the idea, we're just working on the best way to make sure our sponsors get the best benefits.
